Jointing file 8"

Put this in a jointer and file off the tops from your saw teeth to bring them all to the same height. This flattens those teeth even slightly taller than their neighbours and leaves a bright spot of metal on each jointed tooth. It can also be used to file cutter-teeth but is not suited for shaping the gullet between teeth because both edges of this file are square.
