After many years forging his own tools, Robin has started making his own design of spoon knife for sale.
They are made from an excellent high alloy steel, very hard and tough so they hold an edge for a long time. They come razor sharp and ready to use. The handles are beech and around 7.5″ long. This is a little longer than most knifemakers use as it allows a greater range of grips to be used efficiently.
This is the open design, with a flatter profile. Great for larger spoons and finishing cuts.
Available in Left or Right handed versions.
